Purchase orders supporting Contract SP4701-23-C-0026 incorporate one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. Upon request, buyer will make the full text available. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. Acceptance of, performing work to support, and/or shipment against a purchase order supporting this contract shall constitute acceptance of these flow-down provisions in addition to acceptance of all terms and conditions as listed on individual purchase orders.
